RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@thecrosslegacy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,Ā place the item securely in its original packagingĀ and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Ā  Ā  Ā ā—Ā Ā  Ā Ā If your Grocery Guide and Meal Planner arrives with damage or a print defect please reach out to the printer directly at https://help.lulu.com/en/support/tickets/new?&referrerPageUrl= and they will be happy to assist you. Please attach a digital image showing the problem with the order instead of shipping the book or package back to The Cross Legacy.

Ā  Ā  Ā ā—Ā Ā  Ā Ā Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed in the event of a return or exchange.
Ā  Ā  Ā ā—Ā Ā  Ā Ā A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to this payment method, please contact your bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
