Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with tracking information. * Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Express and Expedited delivery methods deliver Monday through Friday. Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances out of The Cross Legacy’s control such as weather, carrier staffing, holidays, etc.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Orders are packed and shipped during regular business days, Monday – Friday. No shipping on Holidays and weekends.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. Packages shipped military APO / FPO and diplomatic DPO addresses must use US Postal Service shipping. Ground and Expedited shipping cannot be used. To ensure your order is sent via USPS, make sure the country chosen at the shipping step is the United States of America. Please note that we do support shipments addressed to Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and Armed Forces America. Select the option that best fits your Armed Forces shipping destination.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Cross Legacy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered, or packages delivered to the incorrect address by the shipper.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide The Cross Legacy with the correct shipping address. If the incorrect shipping address has been provided, and your items have already shipped, then you are responsible for the cost of the order. If you realize the shipping address provided is incorrect, and your items have not yet been shipped, please contact The Cross Legacy at support@thecrosslegacy.com immediately and we will do what we can to prevent your order from shipping to the incorrect address. This is not a guarantee as your order may ship before your message is received.
