The Vinaigrette You’ll Use All Summer
This Honey Lemon Basil Vinaigrette is light, creamy, and loaded with herbs. I blended basil and mint together for a refreshing twist, balanced with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and a touch of honey. It keeps beautifully in the fridge, so I recommend doubling the batch!
How to Customize Your Summer Salad
- Swap in strawberries, plums, or blackberries
- Use feta or goat cheese for a tangy option
- Add grilled chicken or prosciutto for protein
- Change up the nuts — walnuts, almonds, or sunflower seeds work too

If you plan to use this salad for meal prep, leave the dressing off the salad and add it right before you eat it.
