Protein Balls

These easy to make protein balls make a great snack and can be stored in the freezer to grab and go anytime!
Course Snack

- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup flax seeds
- 1 T chia seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
Place all items into the food processor
Blend until mixture is smooth
Refrigerate for 10 minutes
Form into balls and store in glass container in the fridge
Freeze if desired
