Protein Balls

These easy to make protein balls make a great snack and can be stored in the freezer to grab and go anytime!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup flax seeds
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place all items into the food processor
  • Blend until mixture is smooth
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes
  • Form into balls and store in glass container in the fridge
  • Freeze if desired
