High Protein Spinach Dip

- 1 T oil
- ΒΌ cup onion, diced
- 2 cups dairy (cottage cheese, greek yogurt, or cream cheese)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3-4 cups spinach
- 1 T garlic powder
- salt & pepper, to taste
Brown onions in a pan with oil
Blend cottage cheese (skip this step if you aren't using cottage cheese)
Chop spinach
Add spinach to pan and cook down
Add dairy products, shredded cheese, and seasonings to pan and mix well
Cook for 10 minutes and serve
