High Protein Spinach Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 T oil
  • ΒΌ cup onion, diced
  • 2 cups dairy (cottage cheese, greek yogurt, or cream cheese)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3-4 cups spinach
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Brown onions in a pan with oil
  • Blend cottage cheese (skip this step if you aren't using cottage cheese)
  • Chop spinach
  • Add spinach to pan and cook down
  • Add dairy products, shredded cheese, and seasonings to pan and mix well
  • Cook for 10 minutes and serve
