Warm remaining elderberry syrup and add it to the gelatin/syrup mixture.Whisk together until gelatin is dissolved.
Place silicone molds on cookie sheet(s) for support, and pour gelatin/syrup mixture into the molds.
If your silicone molds came with droppers, use them to fill your molds.Refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
After the gummies have set, pop them out of the silicone molds and store in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator.
